  • order processing times

Each order is given a 14 day processing time (from the day of the order), this is the time in which the garment(s) are sewn by myself. After 14 days the order is then shipped to you, you will receive a notification email when I have shipped your order. At very busy times or for large orders this processing time will be extended, depending on the circumstances (I am the only one designing, sewing and running this business so sometimes it can be a little crazy). The customer will always be notified as to the processing times of their order and whether or not it will take a little longer than standard. Custom pieces/commissions are exempt from the standard 14 day processing time, this is discussed and agreed between myself and the client.

  • Customs fees

I have no control over any customs/import fees your country may or may not charge you. I am not responsible for any additional tax that may be applied in your country. Please check with your local postal service if you have any queries about your country’s policies.

  • Lost Items

A very rare occurrence, but sometimes a package will go missing in the mail. Unfortunately once the package has been handed over from myself to the postal service it is no longer my responsibility to look after that package and I cannot be held responsible if it goes missing or theres a delay in delivery. If you are worried about that I would recommend the Tracked & Signed delivery option so that you know where your package is at all times.

  • cancellations

If you need to cancel your order please do so ASAP, contact me through the contact form here.

  • RETURNS

I do accept returns within 14 days of delivery, only if the item has been unused and still in it’s original packaging. Please note that shipping charges are not refunded and the shipping charge to return the item will have to be covered by yourself. Please contact me if you would like to return a product, I will supply you with the shipping address then once received and checked for any damages your refund will be processed. Once I have processed your refund it is up to your banking service how fast/slow the money returns to your account.

  • FAULTY ITEMS

I, Tobias Malfoy, always aims to produce items of the highest quality. Everything is handmade, produced one by one in my studio (not in a factory). As is the nature of Individual handmade items, there will be slight variations and differences between each piece. Every item is checked thoroughly before it is sent out to the customer, but if something has turned up faulty please contact me as soon as possible using the contact form here. I will require pictures to be sent to assess the fault before any action is taken. i have been sewing for 10 years now, it will be quite clear what is a fault of mine and of course I would own up to it and do my best to rectify the situation. it will also be quite clear if it has been damaged deliberately after delivery, scammers beware! Once your item is with you it is your responsibility to take care of it, doll clothing is fragile and needs to be handled with love and care. I do not accept any responsibility for damages or breakages after it it’s been played with and worn by your doll.

  • staining

I pre-wash and stain test the fabric on all of my products. I test on the milk skin-tone which is the easiest to stain. with all vinyl dolls there is a chance of staining from clothing, It is up to the doll owner to be cautious and vigilant with staining on their doll. I do not accept any responsibility for any staining issues.

  • Payment
